1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the tiger365 website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of tiger365, including registered account holders and visitors who browse the platform without registering. Your continued use of tiger365 at any time constitutes unconditional acceptance of the then-current Terms & Conditions as published on this page.

These Terms & Conditions should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, all of which form part of the overall agreement between you and tiger365.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To open an account and participate in any real-money activity on tiger365, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. tiger365 does not permit persons under the age of 18 to register, deposit funds, or place wagers under any circumstances.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on tiger365 or any affiliated platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of tiger365 or any of its affiliated entities.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

Registration Process

To create an account, you must complete the registration form on the tiger365 platform by providing your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and a secure password. You may be required to provide additional identification documents as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before withdrawals can be processed.

Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active account on tiger365. If it is discovered that a player operates more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — tiger365 reserves the right to close all accounts involved, void any pending bets or bonus balances, and withhold any winnings derived from duplicate account activity.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your tiger365 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. tiger365 will never ask you to share your password with any staff member.

Credential Security

You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any other individual to access or use your account. Any activity that takes place under your account credentials — including deposits, wagers, withdrawals, and bonus claims — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that activity.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify our support team immediately at support@tiger365 and change your password without delay.

Account Information Accuracy

You are required to keep your account information current and accurate at all times. Any change in your name, address, contact number, or payment method details must be reported to tiger365 promptly. Failure to maintain accurate account information may delay withdrawal processing and may result in account suspension pending re-verification.

Account Currency

All tiger365 accounts for players based in Bangladesh are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). All deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in BDT unless otherwise stated at the time of a specific promotional offer.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

tiger365 supports a comprehensive range of payment methods specifically selected to serve players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the platform are protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption.

Accepted Deposit Methods

Withdrawal Conditions

Funds Integrity

tiger365 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All funds deposited into your account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits originating from unverified or third-party sources will be reversed and the account flagged for review.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

tiger365 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, as well as the general bonus policy set out in this section.

Welcome Bonus

New players who complete registration and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20x the combined deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. The welcome bonus must be claimed within 7 days of registration and wagered within 30 days of being credited.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses carry a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and, where applicable, the associated deposit) must be wagered before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable funds. Contributions to wagering requirements vary by game type:

• Slots: 100% contribution toward wagering requirement
• Live casino table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette): 10% contribution

General Bonus Restrictions

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

tiger365 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment. All games offered on the platform are supplied by certified third-party studios whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems are regularly audited by independent testing laboratories.

Game Results and Integrity

The outcome of all casino games on tiger365 is determined by certified RNG software and is entirely independent of any previous results, player bet size, or account status. tiger365 does not and cannot influence game outcomes once a round has commenced. If a technical fault or disconnection occurs mid-game, the round will be settled based on the game server's last recorded state, which is the definitive record.

Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on tiger365 — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments), football, kabaddi, and hockey — are governed by the specific sport and market rules published in the sportsbook section of the platform. In the event of a dispute, the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, FIFA, BFF) will be used to settle bets.

Maximum Win Limits

A maximum single-bet win cap of ৳2,000,000 applies across all game categories unless a lower limit is stated for a specific game or market. Winnings exceeding this cap will be paid up to the limit only. This policy protects the integrity of the platform and is applied consistently to all players.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tiger365 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action where applicable:

• Opening or operating more than one account on tiger365.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripts to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or misconfigured odds — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any competitive format.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other technology to disguise your true geographic location or circumvent platform restrictions.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or any other financial crime through the platform.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any third party.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tiger365 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or financial status during the registration or KYC process.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

tiger365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or chargebacks.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A legal obligation requiring us to restrict the account.
• Prolonged inactivity as defined in Section 3.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your tiger365 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing support@tiger365. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your most recently verified payment method within 5 business days.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or enforced — all pending bonuses, free spins, loyalty points, and promotional entitlements are immediately and irrevocably forfeited. If the account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, tiger365 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance in proportion to the nature and severity of the breach.
